As humans we all have needs. Abraham Maslow grouped them into the 'self-actualization hierarchy of human needs':

  • Physiological needs (food, water, basics)
  • Safety needs (protection from dangers in our environment)
  • Belonging and love (attachment)
  • Esteem Needs (competence, respect from others and self)
  • Self-Actualisation (self expression, creativity, sense of connection with universe).

When these needs aren’t being met we inexplicably feel imbalanced, off course, in a rut, in a void…

Often we’re unaware of what needs they are or just how important they really are to us.

Coaching will help uncover this and empower you to go where you want to go!

Research has found that people who feel that a decision (to change or act) is fully theirs, made out of their own accord, that they are more likely to follow through and act on it.

Admittedly, steering a ‘bus-load’ of life experiences and keeping to the road is a task that requires focus, persistence, and control.

I will be there throughout your journey.

I will listen, facilitate and motivate you to take action and get specific results to progressively reach YOUR worthy goal (or two or three or four…the sky’s the limit).

Together, in one-hour long, one-on-one sessions, every fortnight, over a period of 6 months* we will get you to exactly where YOU want to be NOW.
